Salesman was very helpful. I’m a little old school. That being said I’m all about communication and receiving a text to inform me that my Ranger was done doesn’t quite work.

Haven’t picked up our new machine yet but they were so easy to work with, pleasant, informative, and willing to bend over backwards to meet our needs (within reason)! Also, you get swag for buying something which is a plus!

They were helpful explaining everything on the side by side that we purchased from them. We felt comfortable asking them questions especially when wanted their recommendations on what to use.

One of the better places to get boat repair or services in the Tomahawk area. They also have a large selection of ATVs, boats and snowmobiles. They do sometimes miss small things when servicing boats.

We were looking for the right utv at a price we could afford. Nothing here in theU.P. was affordable. Erv's salesman and financing officer Brent over backwards to give us a great utv at a great price. Thanks Erv's!

Josh and TJ (and staff) have been amazing with past service questions and current. My 2011 Polaris is currently in the shop with more than I thought was wrong with it and they explained things so well what needed to be fixed- I appreciated the explanations and the options to move things forward. Great communication is very hard to find and building a trusting relationship means a lot to me. I found a place with Erv's for my Polaris snowmobiles like R&R for my Arctic Cats. Thanks for everything you do! I really appreciate it.

My wife and I snow checked a pair of 2023 XCR's from Erv's. They really helped us out as newbies to figure out all of the options we needed. The sleds came on time and Erv's was great with communication throughout. The delivery process was really smooth and Allan answered every question we had and gave us some great tips. My wife's had an ECU fail after the first ride and Erv's gave us a like-new loaner so that we could hit the trails the first weekend they were open. Great service, great people. Really pleased. We'll be doing business with them for many years to come.

Would like to put out a shout out on my treatment. I received the very best treatment from AL today as I purchased a new 2023 Indy XC 850. He went out of his way to switch out the ski carbides in the freezing cold. Gave me a very good deal on the sled. And was very good at explaining the instruments the sled had to offer.

We rented two Polaris Indy's yesterday , 1-19-22. Both machines were in top condition and ran flawlessly. I could tell by talking with the staff that they take pride in offering clean and reliable machines for their customers to rent. Brought both machines back full of gas and in the same condition they left in and we were out of there within 10 minutes with a "thank you " and a smile. Would definitely recommend Erv's for rental!

They had the selection of what we were looking for in stock! I feel the the price negotiation was fair and they were relatively transparent. Our salesman (Brandon) was knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions. We did ha e one issue with one of the RZR we bought(No fault of Erv's),and we were able to remedy over the phone and email. Polaris is going to warranty the part out with their help. Thanks guys!
